We estimate that your order will ship within 4-6 business days and will send an email with tracking information upon shipment. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout in USD for orders made within the continental United States on giarosechildren.com.
It will take 4-6 business days for your order to be delivered. For rural areas, please allow for an additional 1-2 days to receive your delivery.
Prepared with Care: We’ve added extra processes and safe working practices into our fulfillment area to ensure the safety of our customers.
We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders or APO/FPO addresses. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day. Orders made within two days of a public holiday may take an additional day to be delivered.
Return & Store Credit Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please contact us through our email within 14-days of purchase at: firstname.lastname@example.org for all returns.
We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds, however we do offer store credit for your return which never expires. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your purchase for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and with tags attached
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, brands & styles may vary and you might not be able to find the same item again, store credit will be issued an never expires and may be used on any new item of equal value.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to use online.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Hats, Headbands, or any hair accessory
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
